Looking for something to help deepen your recovery? Welcome to the Recovering Professionals "Stage 2 Recovery" Community. Here you will receive education on how to best achieve and maintain Emotional Sobriety. Relationships with family and with colleagues will become easier to navigate with help from this Community. Relational mindfulness, learning how to pause when emotionally activated, is essential to achieving lasting change in relationship dynamics. You will gain new awareness about yourself and find deeper levels of serenity as you put Relational Recovery skills into practice in your interactions with self and others.
